Desktop Top Nav Bar does not have a selected state

The Desktop Top Nav Bar does not have a selected state, which can confuse users’ navigation on the site. This affects all links in the top nav for desktop. This change is not necessary for mobile on this page at this time.

Here is one suggestion for a solution:
On the top menu, change the page name background-color from #fff or rgb (255, 255, 255) to #e5e7eb or rgb(229, 231, 235).
