Description

Find the coordinates for the different zip code polygons and census tract polygons. Write a script that determines if polygons are enclosed within another polygon or overlapping with another polygon. This will help us to classify accessibility and availability and the census tract level on top of our current magnification

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the current magnification workflow and identifying the ZIP-code and census-tract polygon data sources, then define the conversion and enclosure or overlap behavior. Done should mean a documented script that classifies the relevant polygons in both directions and integrates with the existing accessibility and availability work.
