🐞 Quick Open does not appear to honor glob exclusions

### Description

When using Quick Open, files that should be excluded by my glob settings still appear in the search.

### To Reproduce

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Search in the sidebar
3. Add a glob exclusion pattern
4. In Quick Open, search for files that would be included in a folder excluded by the glob you chose above
5. Files will still appear in Quick Open

### Expected Behavior

Expect Quick Open to exclude files matching the glob pattern
