Update About us page and fix alignment

Update the list of people on the about us page. Exclude the ones with no picture. Fix the alignment of the first section(the founder's section). Make the hamburger menu instead of the menu burger. Fix the about us page responsiveness. Make the arrow icon instead of "go to top" .

從 About us 頁面開始，檢查目前的人員清單、創辦人區段的對齊方式、選單標籤、響應式表現，以及頂部導覽列圖示。當沒有圖片的人員被排除，且所有要求的版面配置、響應式、選單與箭頭圖示變更都顯示在頁面上時，即表示完成。
