Update About us page and fix alignment

Update the list of people on the about us page. Exclude the ones with no picture. Fix the alignment of the first section(the founder's section). Make the hamburger menu instead of the menu burger. Fix the about us page responsiveness. Make the arrow icon instead of "go to top" .

从 About us 页面开始，检查当前人员列表、创始人部分的对齐方式、菜单标签、响应式表现和顶部导航图标。当没有图片的人员被排除，并且所有要求的布局、响应式、菜单和箭头图标更改都显示在页面上时，即表示完成。
