[client-v2] Guava library

### Description

We are using Guava library for a few things. However it creates some issues at runtime. This is can be handled by using shaded version but may be we can improve something.

The issue identifies client-v2 and Guava but no files or tests; start by locating the client-v2 dependency declaration and the runtime failure it causes. Trace the affected Guava usage and review the shaded-version option mentioned in the issue; done requires an agreed approach and regression coverage for the runtime problem.
