Render partial results on parsing failure

In cases of eg corrupted data, we'd like to show partial results up to the point of failure.

Start by locating the parser and the rendering entry points in the TypeScript project, then reproduce a parsing failure with corrupted ClickHouse RowBinary or Native data. Done means the interface displays all valid results before the failure and communicates that parsing stopped, with behavior verified for both supported formats.
