moveUp/moveDown when popover is open will reset the cursor to be the window one. e.g. either it has typing indicator or windowresize when it's over edge. macOS15.7.2

Reproduce the issue on macOS 15.7.2 with the popover open, using keyboard moveUp/moveDown while the pointer is over an edge or typing area. Trace the moveUp/moveDown handling and NSCursor updates; done means keyboard selection no longer resets the cursor from the expected typing or window-resize cursor.
