Add Opencode config and boilerplate to wrap the existing agent files

An opencode configuration will demonstrate re-use of the VSCode agent files. Opencode does allow delegate, skill, subagent and task flows but that probably steps beyond the needs of the template into more project-specific tooling. However, adding initial opencode collateral will allow template users to start from more than zero if they have chosen to use the framework.
