Refactor archive command to use components

With the new components out, rather than using auto completes, we can allow the user to use the component interface.

We would make all arguments of the archive-channel command optional, if no arguments are passed, send a channel select message as below:

This allows the user to still use the autocomplete if they would like, or otherwise use the component interface.

Start at the archive-channel command and inspect its current argument handling, autocomplete behavior, and the available component interface. Done means the command accepts no arguments, presents the channel select interface shown in the issue, and still supports autocomplete when arguments are supplied.
