Label annotation are missing

When ever i'm annotating the image using the objects after finishing the annotation are done when i go to check what are the labels there are few missing label i.e if i label CAT in the annotation xml i'm getting CAT__ sometimes or CA

Start by reproducing the annotation flow described in the issue and compare the object labels with the generated annotation XML. Trace where labels are captured and serialized, then verify that names such as CAT are preserved exactly and that no characters are missing or added.
