How can i get missing section from online version?

Hi all,
I've cloned this repository and following configure guide and it working well but several parts does not work as (or work but i don't know how to make it work) as online version, such as http://labelme.csail.mit.edu/Release3.0/browserTools (to manage user) and show individual color for each object annotated. Please tell me how to make them work?
