[Bug]: App incompatible with Android 14+ devices due to outdated targetSdkVersion (33)

### Describe your issue

The application is currently configured with targetSdkVersion 33 (Android 13)
which is making it incompatible for android 14+

### Steps to reproduce

- Open the Google Play Store on a device running Android 14 or higher.

- Navigate to the Taskwarrior Flutter app page.

- Observe the error message stating: "This app isn't available for your device because it was made for an older version of Android."

### What was the expected result?

the app will be compatible for latest android versions
