Source URL missing from Evidences in Timeline

**Describe the bug**
There should be a "View Source URL" link for each evidence on a promise, in the timeline section. It seems to be missing for all promises. It should appear below the evidence description at the bottom of this screenshot:

まず、タイムライン用に evidence records がどのように公開され、各 evidence の source URL がどこでシリアライズされているかを追跡します。タイムラインデータに source URL が含まれていること、また完成した動作によってすべての evidence description の下に View Source URL リンクが提供されることを確認します。
