Runtime Issue

I'm able to build this example in Xcode, but when I run it, I see this in the Xcode console:

> expected: "8.16.0.4"

> possible solution: running `racket -y`, `raco make`, or `raco setup`

I've tried the possible solutions. I don't see a 8.16.0.4 version of Racket I can download, just 8.16.

I'm using the latest Xcode (16.3) and DrRacket (8.16). Any ideas what the problem could be?
