Adding support to export a new morphology after fixing existing artifcats

Artifacts include: overlapping segments, zero-length segments, zero-length-sections, zero-radius samples, zero-radius sections.
A simple report should be generated to reveal the analysis operations applied and the differences between the input morphology and the output one.
