Adding support to allow the user to select a set of section with a radius range to visualize

Similar to the image below, we would like to add a new feature to allow the users to control the radii of the morphology that will be visualized.

Note that the analysis will still be applied on the entire dataset to avoid any confusion.

No files, tests, or entry points are named in the issue. Start by reviewing the Blender add-on's visualization controls and morphology display flow, then determine how a radius-range section selector should interact with visualization while keeping analysis on the full dataset. Done means users can select the requested radius range and see the corresponding morphology without changing analysis results.
