PROJECT: LBTCftCL Video Course for "Learning Bitcoin from the Command Line"

Our popular online course [Learning Bitcoin from the Command Line](https://github.com/BlockchainCommons/Learning-Bitcoin-from-the-Command-Line) is completely text, but there is an opportunity to also teach it in a guided video course.

Not all topics need to be covered, but even a better "intro" video course would be helpful.

This project would be great for someone new to Bitcoin but comes to it with some video editing experience or background in education.
