drop annotation count from blabpy.listen_time.preprocess_region_info

Months 8-17 don't have this column in `regions_processed` but 6 and 7 - do. Either add it to the former or remove it from the latter. Otherwise, the concatenation of multiple `regions_processed` results in puzzling NA annotation counts.
