Start by reproducing the iOS failure described for version 3.4.1 while loading multiple image cache lists at once. Trace the cache-manager path associated with the reported libCachedImageData file and determine where the open-file limit is exceeded. Done means the image list loads without the errno 24 exception under concurrent cache loading.
