Can we get a background upload service ?

## 🚀 Feature Requests
I know this is completely a new thing i am asking for.

- For multiple file uploads can we get a background upload service.
- Just like Facebook. So, even if user closes the application it should upload all the files in the background.
- A little like Facebook, it upload a photo and if the app is killed: the progress also appears in the notification bar.
- I tried searching for it but could not find anything available out of the box. 🙂
