1.Is `flow_traffic` collected in real time from the physical network/simulation or a description of the new network configuration provided by the user？

2.If this is the first case, the corresponding delay and jitter values can be obtained in the test of simulation or real scenes without using DL method for reasoning

3.I think the predicted delay/jitter information is meaningful only by using network configuration information or incomplete time slice information in the reasoning stage
