Integrate Sending Outlook Emails

In order to be able to send emails, we need to be able to send emails through outlook similar to the way that it is done in LSF

此 issue 未列出檔案、測試或進入點。先找出目前如何處理電子郵件傳送，並將其與所參照的 LSF 實作進行比較；在選定範圍前，釐清 Outlook 整合需求。完成的標準應是，雙方同意的 Outlook 工作流程能成功傳送電子郵件，且受支援的設定有測試涵蓋。
