Support Local dev experience for API Management backend

I have successfully linked an endpoint in API management. But there is no documentation or example to help me develop the frontend and backend together in a local environment.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

A way to help me to proxy `/api` calls into an API management endpoint. Currently, there is a big gap between this documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/static-web-apps/apis-api-management and the ability to successfully develop locally against the management API. I wish to see clear documentation about each place:
- What should my CLI command look like?
- What should my saw-cli.config.json look like?
- What should the `fetch()` call look like?
- What should the API management settings look like?

In addition, are there ways to cURL or Postman against my endpoint? I think that is the bare minimum to get backend development inner loop started.
