Update `dab.draft.schema.json` with null support for more properties to pass `dab validate`

Creating an issue to track schema validation for nullable fields in the config file. I imagine this is an issue for any field we consider nullable. So more than just `ttl-seconds`

Need to update the `dab.draft.schema.json` and add test validating schema satisfying the null support for those columns

dab.draft.schema.json から始め、既存の例として ttl-seconds を使用して、null を受け入れるべき設定プロパティを確認します。要求されたスキーマ検証テストを追加し、dab validate を実行します。nullable フィールドが検証に合格し、null 以外の値に対する検証を弱めていなければ完了です。
