Error specification: is there any specification on non-success cases?
Ex: Down stream errors due to mutations how do they surface to CX?
https://spec.graphql.org/June2018/#sec-Errors lists the generic model and also the possible service specific extensions.
For Hawai, did we define any extension contract/structure? OR its free flowing for now and choice to every implementation?
Current implementation: Setting the (ex.Message, ex.StatusCode) combinations.
