Aggressively register nodes with generated ip-* hostnames

Currently we wait until the node's hostname is reported to CycleCloud before registering the node in GridEngine. This is critical with custom hostnames, however we can detect that a user will use generated hostnames and we can assume what the hostname will be. This will speed up the converge time for those nodes.
