(Question) Listing all resources in a subscription

Hello,

I'm trying to get some insight into the genericResources() method [here](https://azure.github.io/azure-sdk-for-java/com/microsoft/azure/management/Azure.html#genericResources--). I notice that most of the resources in a subscription are available via this method. However, one of the exceptions I noticed is with VM's belonging to a VMScaleSet (genericResources() does not return those VMs as a GenericResource).

**Using version 1.5.1**. Is the expectation of being able list **all** resources within a subscription using genericResources() correct? Are there nuances to how the method works? Also, if there's detailed docs for this please point me in the right direction.
