Setting required permissions on App registrations

Dear Azure SDK Team,

I'm trying to create new app registrations via the API SDK. While creating a registration and service principal works just fine, I am not able to authenticate a user via the newly created app registration, because the delegated permissions are empty when creating it via the SDK (see Screenshot).


When creating via the UI, the Azure AD sign in as user and read profile delegated permission is already enabled. I have not found a way to do this via the SDK. Any chance there is an API method somewhere that would let me do this?
