[Bug] Azure Table row key not honoured

### Expected Behavior

I want to read only rows for specific row key and partition key from a table storage in azure.

### Actual Behavior

The function returned all rows for the partition instead of filtering on row key.

### Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a python v2 function in vs code on mac.
2. Specify the table as input binding with the relevant details
3. Print the table data read

Issue cung cấp một hàm Python v2 sử dụng binding table_input của Azure, cùng với các bước tái hiện và log. Trước tiên, hãy tái hiện binding bằng row_key và partition_key được hiển thị, sau đó theo dõi cách table input được phân giải. Hoàn tất có nghĩa là binding chỉ trả về hàng được yêu cầu và một kiểm tra hồi quy bao quát hành vi đó.
