[BUG] - Problem with api Revision description with accentuation

When we have an api Revision description with accentuation, the have this problem below:

Inizia nel flusso di pubblicazione che elabora le revisioni dell'API in v6.0.1.1, concentrandoti su come viene gestita una descrizione della revisione contenente caratteri accentati prima che il lettore JSON fallisca su 0xEF. Riproduci la segnalazione con una descrizione accentata e conferma che le informazioni dell'API vengano applicate senza la JsonException segnalata.
