[BUG] - Problem with api Revision description with accentuation

When we have an api Revision description with accentuation, the have this problem below:

Comienza en el flujo de publicación que procesa las revisiones de API en v6.0.1.1, centrándote en cómo se gestiona una descripción de revisión que contiene caracteres acentuados antes de que el lector JSON falle con 0xEF.
