increase `max_total_runs` for HyperDriveConfig

I have a fairly large parameter space. I would like to initiate a grid search but the max number of run is set to 1000:
```
Response status code does not indicate success: 400 (BAD REQUEST). {"code": 400, "message": "{'max_total_jobs': ['Must be between 1 and 1000.']}"}
```
Is it possible to increase this limit?
