Conflicting documentation for register_pandas_dataframe

In this doc there are multiple references to use register_pandas_dataframe instead of from_pandas_dataframe but then looking at the linked deprecation plan the new register_pandas_dataframe is never described.

The correct current method for creating a Dataset/TabularDataset based on a Pandas dataframe should be documented more clearly or if that behavior is not supported the docs should say that explicitly.
