RHEL 8+ yum-plugin-ps detection fails

**Describe the bug**
RHEL 8+ based VMs fail to run 'yum ps' because the yum-plugin-ps detection is broken.
The failure is on this line the command output is looking for 'yum-plugin-security' however it should look for 'yum-plugin-ps' as that package is being tried to install

Ouvrez src/core/src/package_managers/YumPackageManager.py autour de la ligne 1042 et examinez la vérification du nom de paquet utilisée pour la détection de yum-plugin-ps. Reproduisez le chemin yum ps sur une VM basée sur RHEL 8+, puis vérifiez que la détection recherche yum-plugin-ps et que la commande s’exécute correctement.
