RHEL 8+ yum-plugin-ps detection fails

**Describe the bug**
RHEL 8+ based VMs fail to run 'yum ps' because the yum-plugin-ps detection is broken.
The failure is on this line the command output is looking for 'yum-plugin-security' however it should look for 'yum-plugin-ps' as that package is being tried to install

Open src/core/src/package_managers/YumPackageManager.py around line 1042 and inspect the package-name check used by yum-plugin-ps detection. Reproduce the yum ps path on a RHEL 8+ based VM, then verify that detection looks for yum-plugin-ps and that the command succeeds.
