prompt flow service: wrong version (1.11.0) in requirements.txt. Service has been updated to 1.15.0

download python packages
cd C:\work\Azure-Samples\rag-data-openai-python-promptflow\tutorial\copilot_flow
pip install -r requirements.txt

this installs promptflow[azure] and promptflow in version 1.11.0, however the service is already at 1.15.0

Mở tutorial/copilot_flow/requirements.txt và kiểm tra các phiên bản được ghim của promptflow[azure] và promptflow. So sánh chúng với phiên bản dịch vụ 1.15.0 được nêu trong issue, sau đó làm theo các bước cài đặt gói của hướng dẫn để xác nhận rằng các requirements cài đặt các phiên bản tương thích và không còn tạo ra cảnh báo không khớp.
