Infrastructure needed
- [ ] 1. ACA for Spring service
- [ ] 2. ACA for Quarkus Service
- [ ] 3. PostgreSQL with tables for vegetables and superheroes
- [ ] 4. Application Insights
- [ ] All of them need to be secured with managed identities.
- [ ] Cleanup unused bicep files in `infra`
