AKS construction helper

1. This one should be easy: we are deploying the azure resources 1 at a time. We want our CSAs to learn how to use our tools and how they can help accelerate their engageements. For that reason I would suggest we use our AKS construction helper to deploy the cluster, keyvault and container registry as well as addons like workload identity and making the cluster an oidc issuer (see below for more on this). You can use AKS Construction helper (azure.github.io) to do that: once you click that link you can just enter the two commands here to deploy the environment. The other resources like database can then be manually added later as you build on the environment

Start by reviewing the lab's current one-at-a-time Azure resource deployment and the AKS Construction Helper guidance referenced in the issue. Define completion as deploying the AKS cluster, Key Vault, container registry, workload identity, and OIDC issuer through the helper, with the optional templating and automation challenge treated separately.
