Tutorial-rag.ipynb fails with Web Api response status: 'NotFound'

I already created Index, Data Source, SkillSet and Indexer successfully following Tutorial-rag.ipynb. When I checked the indexer running status, I encountered below error:

Also AZURE_AI_MULTISERVICE_ACCOUNT is configured but it is not being used anywhere in the notebook.

从 Tutorial-rag.ipynb 开始，将其索引器配置与报告中创建的 Azure 资源进行比较。重现索引器状态失败，确定为什么未使用配置的 AZURE_AI_MULTISERVICE_ACCOUNT，并验证 notebook 是否能够在没有 NotFound 响应的情况下完成。

由索引模型根据 Issue 内容生成。
