Tutorial-rag.ipynb fails with Web Api response status: 'NotFound'

I already created Index, Data Source, SkillSet and Indexer successfully following Tutorial-rag.ipynb. When I checked the indexer running status, I encountered below error:

Also AZURE_AI_MULTISERVICE_ACCOUNT is configured but it is not being used anywhere in the notebook.

Start with Tutorial-rag.ipynb and compare its indexer configuration with the Azure resources created in the report. Reproduce the indexer status failure, determine why the configured AZURE_AI_MULTISERVICE_ACCOUNT is unused, and verify that the notebook completes without the NotFound response.
