### Minimal steps to reproduce
> When using this script in a non english system, the winHttp proxy settings are not recognised.
> The script is trying to search the string `Proxy Bypass List :`, but the system respond with `Serveur(s) proxy :`

### Expected/desired behavior
> Execute the `netsh winhttp show proxy`command in english context.
