Search: highlight matching text on linked page

Could we add `#:~:text={searchterms}` to all of our links? In Chrome at least this will highlight and scroll within the page. I can't tell if this is a thing in other browsers or not. I had mentioned this idea on https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack/issues/14911#issuecomment-715615327

Seems super helpful right? まず、Jetpack サポート検索ページで使用されている検索結果リンクの生成箇所を見つけ、Automattic/jetpack#14911 の関連する議論を確認します。既存の結果 URL と snippets に対して Chrome のテキストフラグメントがどのように動作するかを確認します。対応するリンクによって有用なテキストがハイライトされ、そこまでスクロールされ、他のブラウザーを壊さなければ完了です。
