Proposal to integrate the plugin with additional skills

The main task here is definitely to interview the user for a new website and develop a fresh theme, which is handled by the provided skill of `site specification`.

I believe, that other skills should integrated:
- Anthropics' [Frontend Design](https://github.com/anthropics/skills/tree/main/skills/frontend-design)
- Microsoft's [Playwright CLI](https://github.com/microsoft/playwright-cli/tree/main/skills/playwright-cli)

That will make the main skill more efficient and productive.
