Visual Studio Code does not render progress bars correctly

This is a such not a bug in fastprogress, but it can be "fixed" in fastprogress. It is related to [this issue](https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-python/issues/13736) in the Visual Studio Code Python Extension.

The output of the master bar disappears in certain situations where a progress bar is used.
