Allow aribtrary outside resources

The goal of this issue to make the Atlas Space Profile page a digital hub of online services that the space uses, so that the Atlas Profile will become a go-to space for people who already know about a space, but just like the centralized linking of the space's online presences.

This will involve creating a new table and figuring out the front end, but the end result should be that any space can have any of the following social media contacts listed on their profile page:
