Integrate MPU9250 data for pointing position determination

描述
Use the data provided by the MPU9250 to determine the pointing position of the antenna. Currently there is a problem interfacing MPU9250 through I2C on the Raspberry Pi.
**To do list:**
- [ ] Fix the issues with interfacing
- [ ] Implement quaternion calculations
- [ ] Add relative and absolute position comparison
- [ ] Test the accuracy of pointing using the MPU9250
