Custom tokenscript only visible in initial wallet

- Had existing wallets before adding custom tokenscript file
- could see token and additional actions from file
- changed wallets
- could see token (perhaps manually added address?), but no longer additional actions from file
- Expected: additional actions on token visible between wallets (also irrespective of balance)
