JEP 529 – Vector API (Eleventh Incubator)

The current implementation is in [JEP 508](https://github.com/AloisSeckar/demos-java/blob/master/src/main/java/org/javademos/java25/jep508/VectorAPIDemo.java).

The recent https://openjdk.org/jeps/529 need new JEP 529 demo implementation and JEP 508 should be turned into a [linking class](https://github.com/AloisSeckar/demos-java/blob/master/src/main/java/org/javademos/java21/jep446/ScopedValuesDemo.java) pointing to JEP 529.
