Folder / File structure and naming conventions

Dataset folder name should be: `__--_--`

Imaging folder should change from **micr** to the name of the microscope (i.e: `exaspim`) in all lowercase and should only contain volumetric image data.

Tile naming convention should be:
`tile_X__Y__Z__CH_.ims` where `xxxx`, `yyyy`, and `zzzz` are the tile indices of the stack encoded as four digit values.
